OEM & ODM FAQs
Which batteries and emergency duration are available?
Ni-Cd and Li-ion batteries are commonly used. Other battery types, capacity and emergency duration can be customized. The standard emergency duration is 180 minutes.
Which input voltage and operating modes are available?
The standard input is AC 220–240V, 50/60Hz. Other voltages, maintained mode and non-maintained mode can be configured according to project requirements.
What are the sample payment terms?
Sample and freight costs are paid in full before dispatch. The sample fee can be credited or refunded after a mass-production order is placed.
